Bay Area Arts Access provides bi-annual professional development workshops addressing different topics relating to accessibility. BAAAC workshops are designed for museum professionals and cultural administrators, but all are welcome to attend.

Workshops BAAAC workshops address a wide spectrum of accessibility topics, ranging from an overview of best practices for making your museum accessible to all visitors; to developing strategies for training museum staff on sensitivity and diversity; to building your toolbox of multi-sensory approaches for addressing the needs of all learning styles. Workshops are hosted at different museum and art locations throughout the Bay Area. BAAAC workshops are an opportunity to network with other museum professionals who are working towards a common goal of building their accessibility efforts.
